All online orders will be sent with a Returns form.
You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return. You will then need to enclose your returns form, original invoice and goods and send it back to us at:

Full-priced goods must be returned in original condition, unworn, unmarked and with original tags attached. Once your return has been processed you will be issued with an online credit. A refund will only be provided if your goods are deemed to be faulty. Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment, after this time all sales are final.
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, The Superlative Life will not be liable if there is no tracking confirmation. Items returned outside of the 14 days will not be accepted, and you will be liable for return shipping from The Superlative Life. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items are final, we will not accept returns on sale items.
Your privacy is important to us and we ensure that all information provided by you is held in accordance to relevant Australian laws. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold information including your name, address, email address and telephone number. We do not hold or store credit card information.
